    Favorite Mexican Dishes?

    BBQ quesedillas, enchiladas, burritos and tacos for me personally. I also love their breakfast version at a local Mexican brunch chain. I haven't been for a few months as the restaurants, bars and coffee shops are still closed till further notice in my area, which is a a shame, really. What's yours?

    I personally love them with a cheese dip or guacamole and salsa or with chili con corne and beef nachos, sometimes chicken nachos too, depending on my mood. I usually have mine with as a main dish on it's own.

    Smothered in salsa, guacamole, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Yum. I actually love breakfast tacos more than anything else in the world. Delicious. I've had them only once at a local and Mexican brunch place called "Ben & Florentine".
