    I’d go where I’m going now for the past three weeks. A non denominational church that I went to before the LCMS. They allow for my beliefs and I love their music and messages. The preaching is awesome and the people there are so friendly.

    I grew up Catholic in a very Catholic area, and currently live in a vey Catholic area again. I never heard anything anti Catholic growing up but thats probably due to going to a Catholic grade school and living in a mostly Catholic neighborhood. I do think Catholics are sometimes judged harshly now.

    Most of my friends are Catholic and used to always make subtle but clear suggestions that I should return. Or they’d talk tome like I still was Catholic. “Pray the rosary” “take it (your problems) to Mother Mary, etc.

    i mostly am around believers. I had an atheist friend in my neighborhood growing up but we only talk on FB now and never about religion.

    Yeah, I had possible cancer of the uterus about 5 years ago and I was looking up a lot of stuff including a message board for women with it. Scared the heck out of me but fortunately, I didnt have it. I had a total hysterectomy and all was clear. Thank God.
