What types of supplements do you take? I take magnesium daily and it helps with inflammation. I used to take Vitamin D but it gave me really bad GERD/heartburn so I stopped that for a while and just get outside more to enjoy the sun.

Do your pets like to swim? We used to have a swimming pool and our dog LOVED to be in the water with us! My daughter's guinea pigs did not like it when I set up a tiny box with water for them to swim in though which is weird because I thought piggies loved the water?

We have a grown daughter and yesterday we went to see her in the city she lives in. We had a great day and I wish we could see her more often. I think we see her every couple months if not every month. Mostly she drives to see us.
