Yes, but the Bible says some things were demonic when I think they were sometimes mental illness. If true, is the Bible in error?

We do pray, but we have big screens on the walls with the prayers to be read rather than following along in a book. We don’t say the same prayers every week either. We have a “message” instead of a sermon and they have a theme they follow for several weeks.

We read one of his books during Bible Study. I think it was his book, Unshakable Hope. I also read Anxious for Nothing. I enjoyed both books. Guess Im in the minority.

I dont Know if I believe in purgatory. It’s not in the Bible, so where did this believe come from. I THINK Catholics would say Jesus, but did He really teach about purgatory?

I too was born, baptized, raised and confirmed Catholic but left the faith about 3 or 4 years ago. My hubby and I will be buried in a Catholic cemetery because that’s where my family was laid to rest.
