    Will Putin go Nuclear?

Mark the day that I agree with Strav to a degree. Nations have nuclear capacity, most likely weapons (sorry Strav), but agree that threats that anyone WILL push a button setting off the end of the world just feels like the stuff of Dr. Strangelove.

Do you consider the pandemic over?

Ftr, I don't disagree that a pandemic existed, but think we are past the point of crisis. There may be pockets in the world where a crisis still exists, but precautions have cut risk significantly. Just my two cents. I'm no longer in fear of breathing in a pesky bug when I go out, but don't...

So... What are YOU doing? - Part 8

SOunds like the improvement job has really progressed along since I was on last. Have you managed to deal with most of the cold spots you were trying to fill in?

So... What are YOU doing? - Part 8

That reminds me I should get exercise today. I bought a nice recombent exercise bike a couple months ago. It's a good workout and there are some great coaching videos on YouTube that go through different routines.

What's the smallest size house you'd live in?

Up until I was two we (apparently) lived in the upstairs of a duplex. It was still a good size, though, so I suspect we had good room

That year was the last of the "land yaght" era for Lincoln, although it was aalready downsized quite a bit. It floated!

    Your favorite car

'89 Lincoln Town Car. Of course mine wasn't quite as sparkl-y, but I had the pleasure of driving one (a guy traded it for my old GMC Jimmy PLUS he threw in cash!) I'm still very fond of late '70's to '80's era Lincolns

"America" is now offensive to N and S America

Sure, agreed; however my response was regarding the suggestion that the U.S. was somehow "different" for being founded on a creed. What would you use?

"America" is now offensive to N and S America

You know, as an American (living in Canada - I escaped!) America's "different-hood" (yes, I made that up...) is bordering on silly. America is not isolationist in being founded on, or following, 'creed'. The English were 'Crown' fearing (Church of England) people, of which the Founding Fathers...

Is freewill biblical or something we invented as society ?

I think our minds need to be made up here (not addressing only you, but others who have posted on the forum). Some would argue that it is not possible for one to "do good". One may appear to do "good acts" (subjective), but this does not make them objectively "good" by God's standard.

Is freewill biblical or something we invented as society ?

So then it's no longer free-will, but bondage to sin.
