Yes, I would agree with that as applicable to an individual. However if we wish to gather as a congregation to worship then we need to have a common day.

I think the argument is about 2 things: 1. Whether that day or rest and worship should be Saturday or Sunday. 2. If Sunday, then is that properly called The Sabbath. I think: 1. Sunday 2. No, the Sabbath is Saturday and Jewish and not relevant to Christians.
