Now, soy milk is widely consumed by those who are lactose-intolerant. I'm not, but I just love the test of it personally as opposed to regular white milk. I even put it in my coffee and tea instead of regular milk or cream. How about you?

So yeah, chocolat fondue is a French dessert in which you dip fruits in melted chocolate. My favourite has to be the white chocolate sauce. My favourite fruits to dip in are : strawberry, bananas and etc. How about you?

I love mousse/espresso cakes, tiramisu, panettone (a kinda cake too for Xmas) personally. A friend of mine has an Italian wife (he's Asian and his kids are half-Asian, half-Italian), she's made me some awesome bite-sized Italian desserts for Xmas a long time ago.
