Went to physio yesterday and now can hardly move my leg so much for it helping. He seems to think if I can't do the exercises he wants me to do on my legs I might need an operation on my right knee but have to sort it out first.. getting worse

Sitting on my bed wishing I wasn't in pain all the time. I think going to physio is actually making it worse now.. but I still have to go back next week..ugh

I have loads of gold jewelry that my daughter and hubby brought me but I hardly ever wear it now. My wedding ring and engagement ring sit in it's boxes as they are now massively to small .. I prefer to wear silver or white gold now and wear it all the time rings and bracelets and necklaces...

Hi guys went to an eye appointment today to check them for my diabetes seems now I have cataracts in my right eye which is no great surprise to be fair I knew it would happen so now on top of everything else I have to check it out with the optician...lamm I can't crotchet wish I could but I do...

Finally got my appointment it's in early September so now have to wait and see what they say I guess...thanks for coming bye. I am now off to bed gotta be up in the morning to take hubby to the hearing centre...night night have a good weekend.. c ya.

We pay for a TV licence here because the BBC don't show adverts in between programs.. I hate paying for this but you can't have a TV without one or get fined a £1000
