Hi you all. Sorry I haven't been here in so long. I have been depressed and sleeping all days at a time. I am on a new med now and am on titrations and this week I will be at more of a normal dosage. Still when I see the doc he may go up on the dose. I had to quit a med I was on for over 10 years which caused me great depression and then start at a very low dose on a new med; so I slept and slept. On Thursday the dose will be even higher which should help my mood. It's called Rexulti. Anyway I think it will be helpful. It is taken with an antidepressant to help depression even more.
So sorry if I am boring you with my brain health but that is what is happening with me.
My birdies are doing better. They are feeding each other and grooming each other and look so adorable. I hope you all are doing well.

Hi Bill and Lamm. I hope to come here more. The male birds tend to talk and I have females. Also they tend to talk when there is only one bird. So, no my birdies won't be talking. We have coyotes plaguing our neighborhood now. A little dog was killed yesterday. It was so sad:

I cried when I saw it on tv. I am scared to take Suzy out now. They say the coyotes are very fast and very aggressive. They have been spotted on the property where I live, too. Suzy has pee pee pads that are on a plastic holder so she can and does go inside. I hate to deprive her of going out but I don't want to lose her to a horrible death either.

Hi everyone. Lamm, I live in an apt so a cat run cage wouldn't be appropriate for me to have here. I have been taking her out now for short amounts of time. I keep her very close to me. It's nice to see you all here!
