Sorry but I don't go looking to trouble but if I had to defend my home or family from someone or thing I sure as hell would, and I'm sure if you all told the truth so would you all.. I'm not a pacifist but that doesn't make me a bad person. It just means I will stand up for what I believe is right for me and mine...

Plus if you say you wont kill does that include animals and bugs etc... just asking.

I used to save wasps from sea and catch musqitos and bring em to another room, so they flew back and stuck me too lazy to look up all these words. Now I kill them and spiders have no right to live. I can't even defend myself against an 8 y o boy, he just threw me on the floor lol, so I have no choice but to trust God to protect me. And if you can shoot and have a gun and someone attacks your kid and you shoot em in the legs, I see no problem with that.

A glass? Seriously? My dad always did that and then showed me. I feel sorry for them but eew can't do that.
As a kid I always saved flies from their webs on the street, but only if they were hiding somewhere where I didn't see 'em.

We as Christians and followers of the example and teachings of the anointed of GOD are to help the widow and the poor. That is to say any we have the ability to help that we and the receiver may glorify GOD. We too are to turn the other cheek and recompense good for evil. So it stands to reason that we are to be selfless in aid and passive in violence. So what about when one is in need of protection from another (as in eminent possibility of extreme pain or death)? I think in those special cases that we would be called on to do what is right by the selfless conscience/ Holy Spirit. That is to say; the selfless thing for the sake of the life of another. This would pertain to children and the needy/ elderly/ vulnerable definitely. We as Christians cannot set by for the sake of our own material life while knowing we could help those in desperation and need.

my opinion

peace
