I don't remember listening to the ragtime piece before! What fun!! I can't make my fingers move that quickly even to play my flute LOL

Surfing the net for a bit before I clean the house.

Preparing to haul a stack of old wooden laths out of the basement to take them to the landfill. Then I can clean up the rest of the plaster dust from the basement and use it as a storage space. Also need to clear the junk out of the garage and shed. It's a bit of a drag going to the landfill but vastly cheaper than getting a dumpster in. The dumpster only works if you're dumping multiple tons of trash and, for now at least, I'm not dumping anything like enough to make it worthwhile.

Finishing up my lunch. I ate the rest of the corned beef but not the rest of the stuff (cabbage, potatoes) because it was giving me a tummy ache. Now I'm having orange jello! I prefer cherry though.

Earlier I put together the teak rocking chairs & tiny table for our back deck. The chairs are HUGE! The first one was so easy to build but then the second chair had something that didn't fit together so I had to chisel away some of the wood. My hands are sore.

Bunch of dull tasks sorted out. A few forms filled, a closet door latch fixed, and phone calls made. When my wife gets back home I can load the laths into the car ready to take them to the landfill.

I am cooking dinner. I have some chicken that I diced and froze and some mixed vegetables so I am cooking them in vegetable stock and will add some couscous and some tomato garlic and onion sauce prepared earlier.

I'm trying to wake up more so I can start framing the Cubs printing plates of their win that my husband received as a gift. I don't fee like doing anything yet though.

I love spicy things. Using a lot of sriracha style sauce made with bhut jolokia peppers lately.

Also got another length of horrible elderly cable replaced. This afternoon I get to go and choose a new outdoor light to put on the end of my new cable.

I'm being lazy but I spose I will have to rouse myself from my slumber sooner or later. People to see things to do. cabin fever is giving sway to spring action. Thinking of taking a lateral move to empathy

Looking for a birthday gift for my brother-in-law. He always goes out and buys what he wants/needs so no one knows what to get him for gifts! I'm kind of interested in getting him a Sugru kit (it's moldable glue). Kind of cool.
