Looking at 1 Timothy 3:15 is Tzao in action

Paul impresses the importance of correct conduct, responsibility and care to those within the House of God which is the church of the living God. The church/body is the pillar of the house of God. It's the house of God because it's within that He dwells.

What we do pertains to that honor and care of the church of the living God, our habitation of God through the Spirit. If we're not doing that then why are we here? We're living stones trying to fit together. The grinding shows that we're still in the quarrey of the world and not at the temple where no sound is heard out of reverence for His House.

God Zao's within. Because of that we Zao also. Living that works and moves together in the Spirit so the God can be manifested. God is the foundation of truth and as the pillar is supported by the base so the pillar holds the building.

Our Father pressed upon my spirit a revelation about the fig tree that Lord Jesus cursed.After Lord Jesus cursed the tree, it withered and died. It had no further purpose or reason to continue to exist because bearing fruit was it's sole purpose for living.So if it was not doing that why be here? So we who live in Him bear his fruit. It is our sole purpose for being here.
Gal. 5:22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,
23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Ephesians 5:9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth; )

Yes, the orchard of pruning. I do believe your right. Sometimes it just looks like blurred vision tho. That must come from the smoke of the refining fires ..

Elisha's reaction was kind of understandable but the bear killing the kids was rather extreme. I hope it was not punishment from God. That would make me worry that God was vengeful and unkind they were children after all.

I dreamed a dream of days today. An open window and out we looked. One lady and me went out to see the little octagonal church. It was next to the large multi-story brick building. The little church had a flat roof with a dome in the centre. The eight walls outside were hidden behind a pinkish-brown hemp shade cloth. The entry was flanked on both sides by a stone pillar and low stone wall that led to the front door. We went inside and I said "Oh that's a surprise". Inside was a table with a white table cloth. It had 12 chairs and one different chair in the centre of the side across from where I stood. To my right was a nun sitting at a small table with various metal objects on it. She was dressed in white with a white cloth headdress. She spoke to us saying "go back to your church to hear the mass until the readings are complete then come back here" then she reached out and put her right hand on one of the metal objects on the table, it was a small circle on a stand - I thought it may be a small mirror - and she started to sing in a contralto voice, quite beautiful, she sang a praise to God and a little shudder ran through her as she began. Her shudder and song would normally make me feel a little unsure of what was going on but it was not so now, her song was comforting. A priest dressed in black was sitting in the sanctuary and he smiled and nodded. But he did not speak. We left then I woke.

It's an interesting dream.

It was a dream that seemed a little unusual. I took the table to be the communion table, perhaps it was inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci's painting of the last supper. I wondered why the church seemed small but when we drew near it was not exceptionally small. The other building reminded me of one of the school buildings at New Norcia. I am not sure how I interpret the nun & priest. I formed an opinion while waking from the dream that they may have been members of a Catholic lay order known as the neo catechuminate but that was more of an afterthought than a proper part of the dream.

Producing believers in the Lord and also caring for them :amen: Charles Swindoll had a great teaching book about bringing believers to the throne of grace in a clean white robe. You don't hear too much teaching on that anymore. :thumbsup: Spending time and journeying with them is a lost art. Thanks brighton04! I appreciate that!

No he just had a character problem and misused the anointing.
There was a guy once in our church years ago. He went to the Roberts Liardon Bible school. Couldn't stand him. He was so arrogant. And he told us he was in America and there was a christian book store where he bought a book, but the guy put it in a brown paper for him and he was like: this is God's Word. You have to have more respect and wrap it up nicely. So he cursed the bookstore and the thing burnt down.

Oh dear! Some people have a very exaggerated idea of their own importance. I wonder if what he told you was true or not.
