How many flights you see going over Antarctica? North to South Circumnavigation of the Earth is not possible because we do NOT live on a Globe, an "oblate spheroid" or a Pear rock.
Of course not, don't be silly. We live on a giant magic mushroom named 'Snickerpoo', overlooked by a melancholy owl named 'Hooper', who's partially seated on the head of a beared man named 'Bignose-Notreally', who's a bit angry right now because of this annoying little light shining in his eye, which some people think is a ball of glowing cheese, but is actually a flat blueberry pancake.
Below is an old photo of them, Hooper is at the top facing forward, Bignose-Notreally is facing <--- left.
You can tell it's an old photo because it's in black and white. Plus, the caption says, 'This is an old photo', but you can't read that because it's covered by the clouds, which aren't there.
You believe the moon is roughly 239,000 miles away.
And yet, the light of the moon is very selective. It's light apparently only illuminates close clouds.
This magical close illumination is a result of what exactly?

Elven-Bunnies with with giant magnifying glasses and a big flashlight!
There have been flights north to south. There aren't a lot of spots to go to if there were problems with the plane so it makes sense that your map of current flights is blank. It's about safety. That's not proof that it isn't possible since there is proof otherwise.
There, SEE, that settles it then! :=D:
