Yes
Is this related to Luke 8:46 And Jesus said, Somebody has touched me: for I perceive that virtue is gone out of me.

Other translations use power instead of virtue.

I think he felt power flow from Him as the woman touched Him. Her faith accessed His healing power and made a withdrawal.

Jesus felt goodness transfer from him to the woman when she touched him (or his garment). Why did goodness transfer - maybe because being healed of her condition was good and an act of goodness towards her on the part of God/Jesus? Seems like that may be part of the explanation of the verse's meaning.

Yes never heard of virtue. I felt power going out of Me it's in Dutch. The power of the Holy Spirit could heal her cause she touched Him in faith. He said her faith had made her whole.

virtue - Δυναμιν , Divine or miraculous power.

Acts 10:38
Jesus, the One from Nazareth, how God anointed Him with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all those who were being oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
Luke 6:19
And all the crowd sought to touch Him, because power was going out from Him and healing all.
Luke 4:36
And amazement came upon all, and they spoke to one another, saying, What is this word? For with authority and power He orders the unclean spirits, and they come out.
Luke 5:17
And on one of the days He was teaching, and there were Pharisees and teachers of the law sitting there, who had come out of every village of Galilee and cJudea and Jerusalem. And the power of the Lord was with Him to heal.
Matthew 14:36
And they begged Him that they might only touch the fringe of His garment. And as many as touched were completely healed.
Matthew 9:21
For she said within herself, If only I touch His garment, I will be healed.

It was her faith in His power to heal her, but it was a faith accompanied by courage to come boldly to Him to receive healing.

Matthew 9:22
And Jesus, turning and seeing her, said, Take courage, daughter; your faith has healed you. And the woman was healed from that hour.
Matthew 9:2
And behold, they brought to Him a paralytic, lying on a bed. And Jesus, seeing their bfaith, said to the paralytic, Take ccourage, child; your sins are forgiven.
Mark 6:50
50 For they all saw Him and were startled. But immediately He spoke with them and said to them, Take courage. It is I. Do not be afraid.
John 16:33
These things I have spoken to you that in Me you may have peace. In the world you have affliction, but take courage; I have covercome the world.

What a great way of putting it. Like part of the downpayment on her inheritance would you say?

yah there were so many people crowded about that day but something took place for that transfer to take place. Courage and faith seem to be the keywords.

I heard it translated both ways but couldn't understand it as virtue in the modern sense.

Numbers 15:38 — Numbers 15:39
Speak to the children of Israel and tell them to make for themselves fringes on the borders of their garments throughout their generations and to put on the fringe of each border a cord of blue.
And it shall be a fringe for you, so that when you see it you will remember all the commandments of Jehovah and do them; so that you do not seek after your own heart and your own eyes, according to which you committed fornication.

This also speaks of the binding of the hem of the priestly garment, signifying our conduct and behavior under divine government. Matthew 9:20
The jostling crowd all touched His garment and some verses say that all who touched were saved ... there still seems to be a missing piece of the puzzle tho !?!

Deuteronomy 22:12
You shall make twisted cords upon the four corners of your garment with which you cover yourself.
Matthew 23:5
“Everything they do is done for people to see: They make their phylacteries wide and the tassels on their garments long;
Luke 8:44
She came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak, and immediately her bleeding stopped.
