That drives me nut's then you have to go around every isle to find what your looking for waste of time, but they only do it so you buy something else you think you need...

Report her bad conduct? I think they select them on that lol. Give the doc some free time and tell everyone to back off.

Ha reminds me of my mom. She was a receptionist and she was always kind and helpful, but her collegue would just bark at those people: HUH? WHAT YOU WANT?
