I was watching a video the other day about the roundest man-made object ever made, and they said if it were blown up to the size of the Earth, the difference between the highest point and the lowest point would be about 14 m. :woot:

Here's the video:

Hey, what are friends for, if not to point and laugh when we get caught with our pants down.

It's good to offer moral support through the mediums of mockery and mirth :)

This is just excruciating. This poor interviewer can't keep it together. Somehow I don't blame Jerry Lewis, though. The guy asking questions is going on and on about how old Jerry is, i'd be obstinate, too... (video included)

:smirk:

"90-year-old Jerry Lewis is vital and completely engaged. He's just engaged - almost happy - in being difficult."

I'm making dinner! Got the meatballs made for Christmas dinner and in the freezer but kept some out for today to go with spaghetti. We're making homemade ravioli tomorrow for Christmas dinner! Yum.

I have some chopped up chicken breast meat in the freezer that I want to use for a meal today, it's divided into four portions so I can use another portion on Christmas day with something fancy. I also have some ham. and lots of vegetables. Too many chocolates too, but they will find a home with friends on Christmas eve :)

I'm working with polytonality within chord progressions and trying to figure out a quick way to think of them in my mind but not to confuse myself with traditional chord designations.

I maj7, II 7, VIIb, IV

Cmaj7, D7, Bb, F not Cmaj7,Dm7,Bb, F (I maj7, ii7, VIIb, IV)

So I suppose just using capital and lowercase letters will help for transposition.

Progression: I maj7, II 7, VIIb, IV

Base key C : C maj7, D7, Bb, F
Base key F : F maj7, G7, Eb, Bb
Base key G : G maj7, A7, F, C

Eating breakfast before I get my car emission tested and inspected for the year. I'll be stuck at the service station for a few hours :(

I don't know why some states still require that. What a pain.

hello friend Imaginary!

:)

Hi-Ho! Got lost in some Peter Gabriel. If I didn't close out that window I was going to be sitting here for the next two hours listening...

My son had to make a Christmas gift in school for someone who was dear to him, to put them in the spotlight, thanking them for the wonderful things they had done. So all the kids in his class did that for their mom or dad or grandma or grandpa. He made one for Henk, the rabbit and on the card he put: You always work so hard and you're really sweet LOL.
