The image is too small to read. Why is it fair to write something with a picture of somebody as background for what was written?

I would love to see the Pope confront the Muslims on their failure to show love to the people of the world. A lot of othodox catholics [greek included] have been slaughtered and the Pope says nothing. nor uses his power to influence decision makers to do something about it.

Does the pope address anyone else besides believers when he gives his speeches? I'm asking because I don't know the answer.

Why do you want the pope to do your bidding? Can't you confront your own perceived enemies in religion?

It depends on the intended audience. Sometimes the pope will address social injustice when meeting with a president or prime minister or an ambassador from some nation.

No, I mean nothing of the kind nor am I irrationally prejudiced against people simply because they may be from a Muslim land or have Muslim parents or profess Islam as their religion. It's time for people to get over that kind of thing. Hating because of religion is so "reformation" like.

I hope your country never experiences the terror or you may just have a different point of view. Ask People in France how they feel and what they see as Islam, like with the election unless you are involved you really cant comment although that did not stopyou

Those who are well informed know better than to make the assumptions your post makes about Australia. Nevertheless I will not treat other human beings badly merely because they profess a religion that differs from my own. At the same time I will not comply with the prejudicial views your recent posts have expressed towards Muslim people. It ought to be remembered that God blessed the progeny of Ishmael saying concerning Ishmael, I have heard you. Behold, I will bless and enlarge him, and I will multiply him greatly. He will produce twelve leaders, and I will make him into a great nation. These words apply to the Arab people from whom Mohammed and the religion of Islam come.

It is not Islam I come against but thye senseless killing and violence that seems attached to it. I have no problem with the religion just with some of the acts

It is the religion and the people who profess it that your posts attack both directly and by implication. The killers are justly condemned by everybody because of their crimes and the wickedness of them. Most of the killers have been captured or killed already. The others who fight for "Islamic State" and other hate groups will meet their just judgement soon enough. The Muslims that popes John Paul II, Benedict, and Francis met are not members of "Islamic state" nor of other hate groups despite your best efforts to paint the pope in a bad light because he met them.

Selective hearing? Sometimes we hear only what we perceive the Pope hasn't said, rather than what he has.

Francis is a man, just a man, he says all sorts of things that we know nothing about. :)
