Why can't the republicans put the constitutional amendment to the states and if it fails then try again and again until they win?

Because it's called futility, a waste of time and money... something Republicans aren't in favor of. Why PURPOSELY spend what would be hundreds of millions of dollars or billions of dollars in elections on this every two years KNOWING it fill fail, money and efforts will be wasted, people will grow sick of these futile efforts? Maybe that's how things work in Australia, I just don't know because I'm not Australian and therefore, would not venture anything about Australia and Australian politics.

In Holland they just legally kill everybody, but weapons are forbidden. Left or right, noone cares about babies or elderly people. They can kill themselves too if the family is too lazy to visit. It's insane. A friend studied to be a nurse. She could only get the job if she also did abortions, so she went to another hospital. It's standard. When you're older than 35 and pregnant you can get a test and if it has Down syndrome you can get it killed. Then they look at you awkward if you don't want the test.
