I decided to cook some fish and hash browns tonight, I made some mustard sauce for the fish. It's easy to make and very tasty. Mustard + mayonnaise + vinegar + a little sugar well mixed. I put it in a jar and shake it well. It's a pale yellow colour. The sugar take a little of the vinegar's sourness away. Ive tried it with water instead of vinegar but the vinegar tastes better and I've tried it without any sugar but it is a little too sharp that way. So a little sugar, just a teaspoon full, makes it taste just right.

It's around 3:30am and I'm cleaning out my walk in pantry and reorganizing it. Also letting some dishes soak and cooking potatoes.

I just cooked potatoes and now I'm baking them.
Kids said dad would visit. House is insanely clean now just in case.

Good Morning. I've been waking up later and later it seems. I was up at 1AM and had a hard time falling asleep again which is unusual for me. Must have been all that Halloween candy!

Yes I talked to the neighbour who lives next to me. I always see him take the elevator and walk outside and come back. He said: I walk to my car 3 times a day to check.

I think they're too cheap for that or we can pay extra for it and they're complaining already about the high rent. I saw that once somewhere in the city, in front of my former own house in a real bad neighbourhood with shops where they sell pot, cameras, because there lived people who were on heroin. Police has been here a few times when cars got burned and once a box for bikes from someone and the room where you can throw away paper.
I just don't use it anymore. It's too big to put inside, so I leave the bike in my ex's garden. He bought the kids new bikes. They bike themselves now and we put those inside.

But then my bike is even more ruined. Not leaving any bikes outside here anymore. The small ones you can put inside. It's very unhandy though, it's a tiny box for 4 bikes.
