Homemade soup.
Cold today and I wanted soup. Don't have any, didn't want to buy any, so I made some up using potato starch, salt, soy sauce, various spices and spring onion, mushroom and lettuce. The first one was a disaster - used way too much potato starch - had to dump it. The second two were very nice.

I've defrosted some bacon and I have sweet potatoes, potatoes, onions, and a host of vegetables ... I may make a potato bake with some cauliflower and Brussels sprouts in it ... and some bacon of course

Just finished some homemade potato wedges. I cut up one bag of potatoes last night and boiled, drained, then dried a bit in a pan - then froze in freezer bags. Reheat was fast and easy. Oil was added after reheating so as to keep the integrity of the oil and not destroy it's nutritional value. Salted, with a bit of ketchup, mustard and Italian dressing.

I'm drinking a banana cinnamon concoction. It is very tasty.
Ingredients: 3-4 small spoonfuls of banana powder (whole bananas, including peel, that have been fully dehydrated and powdered)
Approx 4 shakes of cinnamon powder
1 small spoon of Coconut blossom sugar
Mix (with water)
I love that I can have my fruit again. I didn't buy it for ages cuz I don't eat it that often, and then it goes off. Now I know how to save it for months! :=D:
