It gets like that on some hot summer days here. Stepping out is like stepping into an oven. But the heat here is usually dry (under 20% relative humidity).

Aaaah cold. Never knew that winter and summer is the other way around in Australia. My aunts from Tasmania were always complaining they didn't have a white Christmas there.
