Once on cf singles I just mentioned I had almost no money, I think I had 50 a week to spend. A 20 some year old guy pm'd me. He wanted to give money, like hundreds. So sweet. I said thanks a lot, but I just spent waaay too much this holiday. It's only one or two months that I have to lend money, then I'm fine. It was amazing that he offered it though.
The person I mention is not someone I like, and I was not thinking of giving him money because I like him. I greatly dislike him, in fact. He was a huge tool of some women who liked to pretend he was some internet savior and ruthlessly slandered me and associated me with media I did not create even though it should have been clear to him I did not make it (associated videos, plus someone else's investigation). And yet, knowing this - he STILL implicated me. He is a liar, a storyteller and a huge hypocrite - especially because the accusations he leveled at me he was actually guilty of himself - in a deeper way than all that I was said to be guilty of.
And yet - people believed him because he was known. Many are his FB friends. I blocked quite a few people JUST because they friended him (not everyone though). And now, his gofundme page - which has been up since April - shows 0 donations from any of those friends. I guess it just goes to show that appearances can be deceiving.
I would have given him some money - not because I am a kind person. But because it would ease my hatred for him. He should be glad I'm in Australia. And he should be warned that if he ever pulls that stuff in real life with someone, he might suffer real life consequences that extend far beyond a verbal or written rebuke.
