Ham, potatoes, lots of good stuff. Our daughter is bringing a green bean casserole she makes, which is delicious.

My nephew wants the cheesy scalloped potatoes that my mom used to make, and I try to make it whenever we get together. It's so much work, but he loves it. 
We'll be having ham, rolls, salad and my niece is bringing an apple pie from the restaurant where she works.

We had to move our dinner up to lunch since my niece and nephew needed to be at their dad's earlier than I expected. It was great though and the potatoes I made turned out amazing. My nephew seemed really happy with them. He might come out to visit me this summer, so that's exciting.

We ate quite a lot, our daughter visited with three of the grandchildren. The youngest two loved hunting for eggs in the back yard and playing with the assorted doodads we put in their Easter baskets.
