That's nice you have a good set of earphones. Mine are pretty nice. I think mine are Koss.

I was pleased to get them for around $30. Considering that they sound very good and are Bluetooth and very good with the signal I am very pleased indeed with the purchase.

Hi Ruth. This morning I had eggs with spinach and herbs, an apple and turkey sausage for breakfast I did have a cup of coffee before breakfast and a large glass of water. I heard that drinking a glass of water before meals makes your meal more satisfying and controls the urge to over eat.

I heard that about the water too. But then, I also heard that we shouldn't drink water WHILE eating because it pushes down the food (compacts), making room for more food.

Yeah, It works for me. Water about thirty minutes before a meal, then eat, then water twenty minutes after meals. But I drink with meals if I am dining out. I always order water with lemon and try to drink it before my meal is served.

Sounds like a good breakfast. That apple and turkey sausage sounds wonderful! I, too, have heard about drinking water. I've heard if you drink water a lot it will fill you up so you don't feel like eating as much. I guess that is for dieters. I will be a dieter soon, too.

That's a good price, I think mine were twice that and a long time ago, too. All that matters is that they sound good.

Funny, I find drinking water while eating makes me eat less. Go figure.

Lindor truffles come in a variety and the one I like the best is called chocolate and white chocolate together. It is scrumptious!
