I got a decent rest last night. Friday night I went to bed about 11:30 and had to get up at 4:30 on Saturday. That was interesting. I fell asleep in my chair Saturday evening....

I have a recliner. When I'm tired I can sleep just about anywhere. When I fly it's not uncommon for me to be asleep before the plane is even off the ground.

Hello Brighten! How is your day going? I'm feeling pretty good today. I had a ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast. It was quite good. I bought Ham off the bone and pepper jack cheese and wheat bread which was on sale.

I had ham and turkey and cheese, blasted in the microwave to melt the cheese. Very nice.

Hello Brighten! How is your day going? I'm feeling pretty good today. I had a ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast. It was quite good. I bought Ham off the bone and pepper jack cheese and wheat bread which was on sale.

Hi Ruth. This morning I had eggs with spinach and herbs, an apple and turkey sausage for breakfast I did have a cup of coffee before breakfast and a large glass of water. I heard that drinking a glass of water before meals makes your meal more satisfying and controls the urge to over eat.
