Manipulated digitally. In my days as a retired digital imaging specialist, AI art and photo manipulation were nonexistent. Presently, AI-generated photos resembling individuals do not pose a risk of copyright infringement lawsuits. In today's landscape, I find myself in competition with AI, which has taken over my job by creating artworks using neon paints, a task currently beyond the capabilities of AI. However, I anticipate a future where even terminators might engage in the art of painting.

He probably thinks he looks better with a tan, as also with hair that has some color.

Given the condition of the leader of the other party, it shouldn't be surprising that the Democrats (and Haley) are doing their best to question Trump's physical status from several different angles.

For instance, the recent chatter about the probable nominees of both parties being in their 80s is of course untrue. Trump isn't. He's in good health and he'll barely be in his 80s by the time of the 2028 election, whereas Biden is already a part-time president thanks to his declining physical condition.

I'm not sure what, if any, conclusion can be drawn from that - it might mean he's under stress, or he's got a medical condition, or it's hot in the room. No way of knowing.

You're right that the people standing behind him in that photo appear to be similarly shiny, and perhaps even somewhat tinted, although I'm not sure about that last part.

The text states that the pic was taken during a rally. He surely doesn't wear such make-up, if that's what it is, on other occasions, and I can imagine that when anyone is onstage, there's often the use of something that makes him or her look better under the lights or whatever.

Trump has rosacea, so it most likely is makeup to cover that up.

There are quite a few things I noticed about that image. Not sure if the image has been digitally altered or not but it seems that he has more fake tan on than he normally does unless it is is the lighting.

He is also sweaty and looks worried so possibly under a lot of pressure which makes sense at the moment.
