Stop adding to the Word of God. Here is the scripture in context.
1John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.
So your saying you don't sin any more , according to this scripture, makes you a liar and His truth is not in you. This scripture shows that it is the blood of Jesus that cleanses us from sin and ALL unrighteousness. In the natural unregenerated self, it is impossible to be righteous. But being born again with His Spirit indwelling us, we have the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. He is the one that saves us. He is the one who keeps us. Faith in your own ability to keep yourself is self righteousness, which is as a filthy rag. When we get saved, we become new creatures in Christ Jesus. All of the righteousness we have is His. We can claim none in and of ourselves. If we have to keep ourselves then what need do we have for His grace and His mercy? Your self righteousness shows the enemy has bewitched you and you are preaching a different gospel from the on preache by the Apostle Paul. Please get back on track with the Good News.
Gal.2:19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.
20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.
Gal. 3:3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
