Tons! I think everyone knows by now my long list that starts with chocolate, but I've also discovered that avocadoes are triggering allergies due to my latex allergy. Nightshades cause me inflammation and I think in 2024 I might eliminate them as much as I can from my diet and see how I do.

Nightshades? What foods have those in them? When I think of nightshades I think of things like deadly nightshade and that's not something I eat very often.
Tomatoes, peppers, eggplant. Some people say that zucchini is a nightshade and others say it's not. But zucchini really causes bad inflammation for me so I wonder what the connection it is to nightshades?
