I read an interesting post on Reddit and I'd like to ask you to share your thoughts on the matter.

A Jewish man from America was married to a lady from Taiwan, they were both living in the US. His wife's mother, who lives in Taiwan, is practicing an Asian religion, I don't exactly remember what he said it was, either Buddhism or something else. Yeah, so the wife's mother (his mother-in-law) repeatedly tells him (via phone calls, I'm assuming) that he has to go to the doctor for a detailed physical checkup about an abdominal problem. She says that the monks at the temple she goes to told her that he is in danger due to abdominal health issue. A few days after this warning, his brother died in his sleep due to unknown causes. Then he discovers that he has a bump in his belly button, sees a doctor and is told that it's nothing to worry about. One month later, he suddenly develops an umbilical hernia and almost dies. He is taken to the ER and they manage to operate him and save his life.

According to Christian theology, supernatural entities in other religions are demons. Did demons try to warn this man about his health issues? Did God work through people of another religion to save the life of a non-Christian? Why do you think his brother died?

Neither the Jewish man or his wife are part of the true God religion. Whatever religion you are trying to say is represented by the wife, as you say yourself, you don't know, what does it matter?

So much 'hear-say' you present, so much 'assuming', that it is nothing short of bull...t. Just a story.

And, your story makes no sense. The man doesn't go to the ER because he is advised by the heathen mother in law. He goes because he needs to due to the hernia.

Satan and demons and devils will do whatever they need to in order to gain attention and focus some worship on themselves and their leader.
So, no. God doesn't work through demons or devils. The man's brother died because he died.

There's no reason to conclude that any "supernatural entitles" intervened in this case. It was the man's mother-in-law who urged him to see the doctor and advised him that his condition was very serious, etc.

If she got the idea from religious leaders of her own religion, that proves nothing, especially since we do not know what hints or trickle of evidence she might have picked up from earlier contacts with her American relatives earlier concerning the man not feeling well, or something else like that. And of course there's also the fact of the man's brother's death.

Next, there's the question about God possibly doing the unthinkable and working through those religious leaders. We don't know that he did do that, but God works in mysterious ways, and I don't think that if the warning was heaven-sent by way of these Chinese people, that any of this amounts to Him approving of that other religion.

The wise men who saw Jesus' star were occult. The guys on the boat with Jonah told him to pray. God can use anyone, but not some demon god, although, He does a straight hit with a crooked stick. I got saved cause I read occult stuff and I reckoned if ghosts existed then why not a head ghost, so then I checked if God existed. But I don't believe God used a demon to warn that man. He used those people maybe, but the brother died, so I doubt it. It can also be that he wasn't even sick and they caused it and the death from his brother. We had a witch in Holland who supposedly healed people, but demons do false healings and they heard doors closingby ghosts after they went there. We had a guy in church who went to an occult guy in some Asian country, buddhist or whatever, who "healed" and then my ex could help him every friday to get rid of the demons he got by going there and there was a guy in a big church I used to attend, who just got saved, was very enthusiastic. He went to the Satan church in Holland and the head from Europe was there and this naive dumbo says: may I pray for you? He saw blood coming from his eyes. Sure that was fine. So he laid hands on him and got haunted by demons and he called that pastor, but he said come to the church. I need the whole church to pray along. He got set free.
