Get the US out of NATO, out of the United Nations, out of the Federal Reserve (or any other state/government backed banking) and return the people into a real commodity based currency, and destroy the corporation as a protected business model hiding under "legal person" status.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt for his positive progressive legislation during a time of great economic and personal suffering. There have been other more recent presidents that have made positive contributions but not to the same extent as Roosevelt.
