Faith comes by hearing the word of God is directly from scripture. That doesn't mean that WE are doing anything to receive what God is giving us by his word. It's 100% God's doing.

You said it yourself that dead mean can't hear...so when scripture says that faith comes by hearing God's word, we know that it's God who gives us faith and we hear.

As he perpetually states (one way or another), "If Jesus died for all then all would be saved." NOTE the elimination of faith, note the very careful exclusion of any role or function of faith. Yes, of course, if faith is a joke, if faith is meaningless and irrelevant, then yes all would be saved since Jesus died for all. But the problem is: We don't share his heresy of denying faith.

The reason you do not have faith in limited atonement is that you refuse to believe the rest of the scriptures. You reject the source of faith found in the Bible.
