For people with slow cookers: What is your favorite soup or dish to cook?

Can you share the recipe?

I've done pork roasts for years:

1 pound boneless pork country style ribs

4 medium potatoes

2 medium onions

2 medium carrots

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and rosemary to taste

1 11.5-12 ounce bottle of hard cider

Cube vegetables into 1-inch chunks. Place in bottom of slow cooker, with pork on top. Sprinkle seasonings on top of pork. Pour cider over it all, and cook on medium heat for about 4 hours.

Turns out delicious, and easy.

Nope, what's the recipe please?

This is the closest to the receipe I have.

I say closest because I add another red or yellow bell pepper. I make the onion large at the least. I add a large jalapeno pepper. I add lots of black pepper and other spices I like. As any one should do. But this receipe is a good base to start from.
