When I was a kid, about 5 years old, i was given some money to go get a hamburger from the local hamburger joint a few blocks away.

I got there and couldn't even see above the counter to order due to my age and size. I reached up and placed my money down and said I wanted a hamburger.

The lady looked at me and said, 'do you want everything on it'?

I thought that was the craziest thing I ever heard. I said 'of course I want everything on it'.
