I make zucchini with cherry tomatoes, onions, garlic and basil that's supposed to be a side dish, but I end up just eating it as a main meal instead.

Right....I guess I've been vegan so long that I tend to forget that people usually treat what I eat as mains as "side dishes" - ie: potatoes, bread, legumes, vegetables etc.

Coming up on 5 years....no anemia, iron, B12 or protein deficiencies yet!
