Cake Rolls

I'm making pumpkin rolls today! They're very good because I add pumpkin pie spice flavoring to the filling!! I think the best cake roll I've ever had was chocolate with the white cream filling. Do you have a favorite? Recipe?? I use Libby's for my pumpkin ones but kind of tweaked it a bit.

I had something made with some kind of vanilla cream and raspberries. I bought it when I was visiting a village many years ago. I think they called it a jelly roll? It was delicious.

We already cut into one and the other is in the freezer or I'd take a pic. It was delicious!
