Just out of curiosity, did you notice the lowercase c at the beginning of catholic, and how it differs from the uppercase C at the beginning of Catholic?

By stating, as you have, that you do not accept the Nicene Creed you willingly associate yourself with even more fundamental heresies, however. Not wanting to be mistaken for a Roman Catholic or a Christian who agrees with all of its beliefs, you instead identify with Unitarians and other non-Trinitarian churches. (?!)
