I think diet can help somewhat, but probably other things might need to be added because I'm not sure that modern medicine can be totally eliminated. The other things added, massages, heat or ice therapy, learning to use distractions to not focus on the pain which sometimes makes it feel worse, etc...

yes youre right. i wont shun modern medicine anytime soon..but would like to mix up a natural potion and try.

ginger root is excellent....it's an anti-inflammatory and inflammation is what causes most pain.......i use it raw in smoothies with other reeeeeeally healthy stuff

Also red pepper flakes are anti-inflammatory, because of the Capsaicin in it....

they also thin the blood, so yu gotta be aware of what meds yer taking and not mix them with certain meds....

I'll eat all those but the ginger and Turmeric as ginger is spicy and I HATE spicy food and I'm not sure what Turmeric is.
I've heard of it but never had it. But I believe its spicy as well. <_<

Get the capsules from the health food store. Cat's claw, the herb, is good too for pain. Get the capsules from the health food store.
