The point is she had no husband as her head, nor salvation from above, nor The Most High condoning and directing her actions.
Where as clement and deborah both have spouses.

The account of judith is an atrocity against The Torah.

Why would it be? This is a book revered by the early church, and declared by multiple early church councils to be scripture. So it’s a perfectly relevant question to know whether or not it contains mistakes.

It is not unusual for an individual Christian to mention a book.... I suspect this happens thousands of times every day. If a Christian (like me) mentions a book (Like Cat in the Hat) does that prove ergo that book is the inerrant, divinely-inspired, normative, inscripturated words of God?

Do you know that early Christians often quoted books from Ignatius and MANY others (none of those books now in our Bible... and probably some contain no historical mistakes). That they often mentioned and quoted the books of First and Second Clement? They they often quoted from the Didache, the Epistle of Barnabas, the Shepherd of Hermas, the Gospel of the Hebrews and the Apocalypse of Peter? Indeed, ECF sometimes specifically labeled each of these books as "Scripture?" I'm not sure any of these contain inaccurate history. I am sure none of them are in your tome with "HOLY BIBLE" on the cover...

All those books you mentioned are NT era, we are discussing the OT apocrypha book of Judith. In context, Clement mentions Judith along with Esther ( just after discussing Moses)
