usury
n noun the practice of lending money at unreasonably high rates of interest. Øarchaic interest at such rates.

Luke 19:23
"Why then did you not put my money into the bank, and at my coming I should have collected it with interest?’"
Usury is excessive interest. Lk 19:23 does not imply excessive interest.

Seeing how the verse in question is pulled out of a parable, I would be hesitant to make any such claim with a verse that's part of a parable. A parable is its own entity and needs to be taken as whole to be understood and one should not just take a single verse out of it and make a claim by it as has been done here.

Usury is a sin during the 7th yr of release that is withheld.
An interest gathered after greed reveals lawlessness.
Usury/debt is an disobedience to Torah and Salvation when a person forgives 7×7.
