Homemade Pasta

Have you ever made homemade pasta?

I make it a few times a year but will probably start making it more since my daughter's boyfriend loved it after I made some for him as a Christmas gift.

Are egg noodles considered pasta?

My Mom makes this dish with homemade noodles (thicker than the kind you get at the store) ..... noodles with beef and gravy (and I think onions). Don't remember what it's called, just remember she'd make a huge pot of it. I don't think she's made it lately, probably making the noodles was a lot of work (I remember long noodles hanging everywhere) and there's no longer 3 hungry kids around to eat it up.

Yes, egg noodles are pasta!

When we make ravioli we use an egg dough recipe but when I make pasta for my daughter's boyfriend I have to omit the eggs since he's vegan.
