I think she means it looks like a bad situation at first but then turns out well.
Kind of like when we were forced to move away from friends and family to a new state because of my husband's job and my new church is very grateful to have me there because they needed a strong singing voice to help them in the liturgy and especially during communion when people are afraid to sing.
