The press is lying....

Not only is the press being racist and sexist in its obsession over Harris' gender and mix of races, but it's wrong about history.

The first VP of color was a REPUBLICAN. He served under Herbert Hoover some 90 years ago.

His name was Charles Curtis. He was 3/8's Native American (a member of the Kaw Nation) and 5/8's European.

But does the press care about truth?

When they say " person of color", they really just mean black. That's pretty much why they ignored that little bit of history becasue that man wasn't black and therefore not a person of color by their definition.

Every definition I can find is that "person of color" means one who is not White/European. Some fudge and permit one who is 1/8th White to still be regarded as a person of color (this was actually law in the south until the 1960's).

I don’t understand why “person of color” is pc but “colored person” is racist? The latter is easier to say and write.

And if all non-whites are colored, why not say “non-whites”? Why so many hangups? Can’t we all just get along?

That final sentence reveals a rather immature attitude. I just researched her father a bit. His photograph certainly indicates that he is a black Jamaican and the vast majority of Jamaicans are black. Both her parents are highly very well educated and highly accomplished.

Never said a word against her parents. They may be geniuses; I don’t know, but I know they aren’t black.

She’s guilty of cultural appropriation because she sees it as a political advantage.
