Well, I'll be having my surgery in a few weeks and my goal is to keep reminding myself to DO NOTHING for a while so I can heal. I'm a busy person around the house and I go on long walks but I need to allow myself to be lazy for once

I'd really like to get my average jogging/walking pace below a new milestone. I've set a fair few personal bests these last months as I've improved my fitness. Obviously as time goes on it will get harder and harder to keep raising the bar but I can keep pushing it, even if I only nudge it a little at a time going forward.
