Do you think we'll know the results of the elections tomorrow?

WEEKS before anything official and definitive.

California will declare the votes on December 3 (and not before) but I can tell you the results now: Democrats. Democrats win here no matter what.

It takes time to count 800,000,000 ballots....

hard to say. The whole thing may end up in court if it is close

It takes time to individually count each ballot. It's hard to say but my best guess would be one week, tops. If it's close, the whole election may go to court - but we'll have to wait and see.

The SCOTUS has already saved one presidency for the Republicans

Even though it's neck and neck right now, it's looking like Biden will be the next President?

Looks to ME like Biden is more likely to win this - by the skin of his teeth, by a much closer margin than expected.

If the most electable Democrat could HARDLY defeat whom they regard as the worse and most dispised and disrespected president in over two centuries... what does that say about the Democrat Party?

Fortunately, it looks like the Republicans have held on to the Senate.... and remember, Trump has created a very solid and conservative majority on the Supreme Court.... the extremely weak Biden will find things ... challenging.

BUT.... the 600,000 + unborn babies each year now have someone in the White House dedicated to their death... who defends and supports their killing. Those who hold that life matters, that life is sacred, that life is THE most critical right of all, that we should speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves (as the Bible commands), WE NEED TO STAND UP. We will need to do more starting next January if their enemy becomes President.

If Biden wins...

PRAY.... pray HARD.... for Joe Biden, that he is well and lives long.

Because you do NOT want Harris as president.

I'm sure they will claim he is mentally unable to handle his job but it won't be encouraged by the right

It would be truly bizarre if Biden were elected only for his own party to activate the 25th Amendment and kick him out again.

Well, it's still looking like Biden will win according to the numbers.
Would you mind linking to any official source that shows these numbers, for us Europeans who are not up to date with the elections?

Today (Thursday) if Georgia goes to Biden. Friday otherwise.

You can see results here:

Right now Biden has 264 (not official) electoral votes and needs 270 to win.

Of course if any of the states are particularly close and there's a valid legal reason to dispute some of the ballots it's easy to see why either side might bring a lawsuit to try and swing it.

It looks like the biggest failure (again) has been the pollsters. In 2016 the discussion wasn't about who would win but how big Hillary Clinton's margin of victory would be. Yeah, about that.... This time around Biden apparently had an even bigger lead leading up to the election that mysteriously vanished when they counted how people voted rather than how a selected group of people said they would vote.

I wonder if the pollsters will have any credibility at all leading into the 2024 election.
