We have minimum age limits when it comes to Presidents but what do you think about having maximum age limits?

I think as long as someone is mentally and physically able to do the job it shouldn't matter if they are 50 or 90. That should apply to the Senate and Congress as well.

Some people are not capable of being President at the age of 35 (the min. age to serve).... and it's been proven several are capable well into their 70's (so far, no one has served into their 80's).

Frankly, I think LIMITING who we can vote for by chronological age is silly (as is the "born in the USA" bit). IMO, if a candidate can legally vote, they can legally serve... BUT we have a Constitution and I think it unwise to toss and replace it and this min. age for Congress and President (but not Supreme Court) is okay. We have lived with it for a very long time with no problems known to me.

Yes there should be age limits on public servants in government.
Especially considering how social security retirement age has been increased in age in contrast to term limits of Congress members and staff that milk the system.

We need the minimum voting age moved to 30.
