The Mr. Rogers movie comes out November 22. Is anyone going to the theater to watch it?

I was never a Mr. Rogers fan and always got mad when my sister took control of the tv (we didn't have remote controls back then!) and watched what SHE wanted to watch. She would sometimes watch Mr. Rogers and I dreaded it...so many creepy characters and I couldn't stand Mr. Roger's voice at all...that creeped me out!

I still like SNL and Eddie Murphy doing a parody on Mr. Rogers Neighborhood.

It looks like Tom Hanks will do a great job of representing Mr. Rogers, but I have a hunch that the scenes of Mr. Rogers doing his TV show will occupy 5% of the script with the rest being some dreary saga of his personal problems.

That's the way a lot of these re-creations of famous people turn out and, frankly, they almost must be that way since there isn't enough material if the script were to stay with the parts of their lives that everyone remembers from TV viewing.

Edward Norton would have been a better actor for this role I think.
Tom Hanks doesn't look or sound like him at all, Norton has the same frame and voice and could have pulled it off great..
