In John 8, Jesus says "Before Abraham was, I AM." Jesus stated in that claim that he is God. He is also man...the God-man. Is Jesus not a person?
Second, there is no place where a person need be human, even though God is fully human in Jesus.
You are simply ignoring the Bible in order to ignore the being known as God who is three persons. You are free to pretzel your heresy as you wish. You stand before God and are judged on your own for your actions and belief.

The spirit of GOD indeed did decend and rest upon Jesus.

The Spirit of GOD was heard; saying that Jesus pleased GOD and as such; received the fullness of the Spirit.

Just because the Spirit of GOD is infinite and not contained doesn't mean it is separate from GOD or somehow not GOD once it comes and dwells within the believer.
