What are you doing today? I'm going to church and then probably the gym afterward. I was thinking of buying some new running shoes too. Exciting

Morning church, celebrating 110 of the congregation. Banquet after.
Evening diff church, prayer and worship. Hopefully home in time to catch the last half of Sunday night football. Will root for a solid team with a solid christian quarterback.
Not that God plays favorites. :wink:

I haven't watched much NFL football this year. The whole kneeling thing turned me off to the game.
Is the banquet a potluck? I always had a problem with that because I'm diabetic and the ladies of the church are such good cooks

I'm not a big donut fan but I'll try one that doesn't have chocolate. I'm going to be walking later this afternoon once it warms up.

It's Monday night for me so I did church stuff all day then came home and did a few things and then had a nap and now I am typing this message to you

It was a good day. Lots of interesting conversation and a good amount of work done. We also has a nice meal and a glass of wine (it was a white wine today, fairly sweet and light, around 7% alcohol).

Even though I probably shouldn't eat them, I love donuts. Krispy Kreme are the best in my opinion. When I worked at the hospital I knew every single place to get them between my house and the hospital. Particularly if I was on call for 24 hours I would stop and get some.

It is Monday afternoon here. I have a 3 pm appointment with a wild 7 year old and then going to the gym. I try to go 5 days a week. I do it mainly for stress management as my job can be stressful at times.

I hate going in the late afternoon after 5 pm because it is always crowded. The morning crowd is mainly older people or college students so it isn't as bad. I found the best time to go is during the Super Bowl. Last year there was about 3 people there. I had 60 treadmills all to myself

I've never been on a cruise but always wanted to. Everyone I talk to who has been on one talked about how they feed you all the time
