Does loving God mean anything about how you treat other people and how you think about the things you buy what they cost and what consequences there will be if you buy from the cheapest but almost wholly automated supplier?

Loving God must necessarily mean living a benevolent life in regards to your neighbor. Of course I think about the prices of things. I'm not wealthy and I need to save money, just like almost everybody else around here. As far as buying from the cheapest supplier, that would mean that the wages of those who work for that supplier will remain low, but the more business a company gets, the more hours become available for those workers.

Loving God above all else means loving and serving others, living holy lives.

Here's how I am interpreting the question.
"Do your economic choices in any way express your love for your good neighbor?
Is that an accurate reading?

Im afraid the cheap clothes and shoes i buy for the kids are all made in China. So be it. Can't take care of 3 kids an ex an exs wife of a 3 day income.
Theres a guy who gives crazy amounts of money to ppl when he evangelizes. You should do that too! Yeah right let the rich do that. A guy asked me for money on the street w a sad story that he hadnt eaten warm 2 whole days and he wanted to buy fries. Oh wow 2 whole days. ive been eating bread the last 10 years. so i offered him my bread in my pocket and he didnt want it and i guess he wasnt that hungry. ppl are so rotten spoiled these days like eating warm meals is just basic.

In 1 John it says that if we say we love God but don't love our brother we are lying because we can't love who we don't see if we don't love who we see. I think God takes it very seriously when we hold hatred or harsh feelings towards others in our hearts. I think if we truly do love Him then his love will allow us to love others.

Almost no human beings get wages in an almost fully automated retail outlet. Some human beings - the owners - make a profit.

Some people are spoiled. You're right about that.

Lol we had a preacher who came here from Africa and she said that we weren't enthousiastic, lol but then she said I can understand why. She wanted to help the homeless and in her country they're so grateful if they get food, lol but here in Amsterdam she bought em hot dogs. 2 were vegetarian and refused hahahahahahahahaha. I get so tired of ppl asking for money for food. They don't even pretend to use it for food and walk straight to the coffee shop (coffee shops sell pot) and dont even wait til I'm out of sight.

Sounds like they don't need your money. Don't give it to them :)

What about the engineers and factory workers, miners, etc., who built the automated equipment?
There is always a human behind the equipment being produced.
Should we purchase wants with the money God gives us or should we only purchase needs?
What cost-benefit analysis is acceptable to God?
How minutely detailed can we get before we have become legalistic Judaisers?

If there were no *cheapest* discount store or service, there would no jobs for the people who work in them, serving the needs of people who cannot (and, yes, some who can) afford to shop for the more expensive goods. How this would help any worker is hard to see.

Indeed, there are no discount stores or services where there aren't any more expensive alternatives.

Amazon.com is almost fully automated so it employs few people in comparison to brick & mortar retail outlets handling similar amounts of goods.

I thought we were supposed to be talking about "cheapest" retailers.

People think I'm a millionair somehow. Can I borrow some money for food? Why do all these ppl always have to eat and why don't they just work or ask their rich kids? Ex's wife is too lazy to get a job. She costs me a fortune and she dont even clean ma house. I should tell em they can get it if they clean ma house up.

I know it is not my business but I am curious about why you're giving money to your ex and his wife?

Cause they have nothing. He takes care of the kids too 3 days and I work those 3 days. He's on benefits. So he gets the govt money extra which i also should get but because hes so poor he may have it to buy food for him and the kids. But now he has a wife from Brazil and she may not live w him from the govt so every 3 months she has to fly back and forth and he used to use the govt money for that which is meant for the kids. He told her now she cant come anymore if she doesnt get a job. She gets us both in debts and she always eats and walks around in fancy clothes thinking the rich Dutch will take care of the poor Brazilians. Shes just an old fashioned housewife who has no clue about money and 'hubby will take care of me', right if you want to marry a Dutch pastor w 5 ppl in his church and 3 kids get a job. He's studying now so he can get a normal paid job, working w refugees.
