Your favorite Veggies?

My personal favorites are: celeri, carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, cauliflowers and brocoli. What about you?

Depends on how they're fixed but I like them all... any which way, my favorite if I have to chose... roasted broccoli or asparagus with olive oil, or steamed carrots with butter, fried sweet potatoes with brown sugar, deep fried battered okra, pan fried cactus, raw spinach, boiled or baked potatoes with all the toppings and grilled tomatoes or green tomatillos, onions and serrano peppers and then smashed in a lava rock molcajete and made into a salsa with roasted garlic, fresh cilantro and a bit of salt. Is an avocado a fruit or a vegetable?

I like eating salads with various types of greens, zucchini, green beans, and different colored peppers that we use in some of our favorite dishes.
